Legends Global seeks a Building Technician to maintain a safe, functional venue at Mesa Convention Center in downtown Mesa, AZ. You will support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems while assisting event setup and execution for conferences, concerts, and community events.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with technical training; 1–3 years in facility maintenance is preferred. On-site work with non-traditional schedules is expected.

Located in downtown Mesa, Arizona, Mesa Convention Center is the largest event venue in the East Valley. The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.
The Building Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and event-ready environment at Mesa Convention Center. This hands-on role supports the daily operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting, while responding to maintenance requests and troubleshooting facility issues. The Building Technician also plays a key role in supporting event setup and execution, ensuring venue spaces and equipment are operating at peak performance for conferences, concerts, community events, and live entertainment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused venue environment.
