Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Building Technician II to independently operate, monitor, and maintain critical building systems such as HVAC, water treatment, and process equipment, following SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components, manage tool and spare parts inventories, record readings, and collaborate with engineers to improve facility performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Current universal refrigeration license or applicable trade licenses.
• Experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting building systems per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications within the facility.
• Respond to Facility Service Work Orders (plumbing, HVAC, lighting, roofing, electrical).
• Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting systems.
• Complete all required paperwork timely and log readings accurately.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and comply with safety policies.
• Support facility team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
