Job summary

Quad is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of facility building systems and infrastructure, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, utilities and safety.

Candidates with general maintenance experience are encouraged to apply; HVAC or electrical experience is a plus. 12-hour shifts and possible relocation assistance for highly qualified candidates located 100+ miles away.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience.
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and utilities.
• Assist with maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Support upkeep of refrigeration equipment such as coolers and air dryers.
• Help maintain water systems, including basic treatment and monitoring.
