The role requires strong technical expertise in at least one core trade and a broad working knowledge of major building systems. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, read blueprints, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned repairs and building upkeep duties including preventive maintenance.
• Read blueprints, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Monitor central plant equipment and manage building automation systems.
