ZT Group Intl, Inc. dba ZT Systems is seeking a Building Systems Technician to monitor and maintain critical systems within their manufacturing environment. The technician will leverage their technical expertise in HVAC and electrical systems to ensure operational uptime and address mechanical issues.

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $72,800 to $87,500 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum trade school certification or equivalent experience in mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Experience with centrifugal chillers preferred.
• Ability to work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical power and environmental systems.
• Ensure uptime and maintenance of HVAC and electrical distribution systems.
• Proactively engage and resolve building system issues.
• Take daily operational readings of mechanical equipment.
• Manage inventory of spare parts pools.
• Support startup and integration of new equipment.
