Job Description

What You’ll Do
- Support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of building automation and security management systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring, devices, software, and communication issues.
- Create, test, and fine‑tune system databases for performance.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage on‑site logistics.
- Provide emergency support, warranty service, and occasional customer training.
- Assist senior technicians and project managers with material logistics and documentation.
- Maintain accurate test records and as‑built drawings.
- Ensure site safety and housekeeping standards are met daily.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in low‑voltage electrical systems or building controls.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, security applications, or BAS.
- Proficiency with tools such as Design 360, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with equipment such as:
- • Boilers (High/Low Pressure).
- • Chillers and Cooling Towers.
- • VRF Systems, VFDs, and Precision Cooling (CRAC).
- • Geothermal systems, humidification/dehumidification, VAVs.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
Education & Certifications
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Energy Management Associate (preferred but not required).
