Qualifications

• Develop mechanical system designs and construction documents for building projects.
• Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other disciplines.
• Support site observations and construction administration tasks.
• Work in a hybrid/in-office learning environment with mentorship from senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical system design under the direction of Mechanical Leads and Licensed Professional Engineers.
• Learn and apply design strategies for building mechanical systems.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and documentation tasks.
• Develop and coordinate work in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Contribute to the preparation of construction documents.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams in a hybrid/in-office learning environment.
• Support site visits, design coordination, and construction administration efforts as needed.
