The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to building systems, with painting skills strongly desired to support site upkeep. You will work within the Engineering and Technical Services function, performing inspections, assisting with equipment installations, and ensuring energy-efficient operation while adhering to safety and codes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or trade school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience
• Painting skills desired
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more
• Strong communication to exchange straightforward information
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Review work orders and track completion
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations
• Follow defined procedures and contribute to team tasks under supervision
• Deliver output by following processes under guidance
