Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain and optimize building systems across our properties. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure facilities operate at peak efficiency to deliver an outstanding tenant experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Universal Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• City/state licenses or permits may be required where applicable.
• Experience with building operations and preventative maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.”

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems and equipment in good repair.
• Provide concierge-style service to tenants and internal partners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems for proper operation.
• Perform contract work such as landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
