Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and work order apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address service requests and lighting/plumbing issues.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and oversee safe work practices.
• Support on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
