ABM is seeking an experienced Engineer to maintain and repair buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment under supervision of the Chief Engineer. You will ensure safe operation and reliability of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and support site safety plans and engineering standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, documentation, data logging, and collaboration with the engineering team to promote energy conservation and continuous improvement across the facility.

Formación

• Experience commensurate with the facility for Engineer position.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• State/local licenses: Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC; universal refrigerant recovery license.
• Computer skills and building automation systems experience required.
• OSHA ACM awareness training as required.
• Working knowledge of energy conservation; formal training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment.
• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain continuous operation of equipment through troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on training and collaboration to the engineering team.
• Promote energy conservation and continuous improvement of engineering functions.
• Record data in building logbooks and perform daily entries.
• Conduct utility and equipment tests.
• Record equipment data in compliance with codes and requirements.
• Handle departmental administrative paperwork.
