Propel Braddock Hills Campus seeks a Building Substitute Teacher for the 26-27 school year. This full-time role covers daily absences and may serve as teacher of record during long-term leaves at Propel Braddock Hills High School.

The position supports curriculum delivery aligned with PA Common Core Standards and offers a pathway to future classroom roles within Propel Schools. Requires PA Teacher Certification and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid PA certification in corresponding content area that is being taught.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• High level of personal organization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Cover day to day absences in the assigned building and absences for long term leaves.
• When covering long term leaves, act as the teacher of record and complete lesson plans.
• Prepare and deliver curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania Common Core Standards.
• Collaborate with administrators and staff to support student learning.
• Assist with planning and executing instructional activities to promote growth.
