Job summary

Oates Associates, a 100% employee-owned civil and structural engineering firm, seeks a project manager specializing in structural engineering for building expansions, renovations, and new structures ranging from $10k to $20M. The role blends client engagement with technical leadership on multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering - master's degree is a plus
• PE license - SE license is a plus
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or masonry design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of structural engineering software - RAM, RISA, Revit
• Working knowledge of building codes - IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC
