Qualifications

• Ability to read and write.
• 2 years of experience in custodial floor care techniques.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily custodial activities within residential buildings.
• Maintain custodial storage locations including management of supplies.
• Routine inspection of managed facilities and reporting deficiencies.
• Floor care of all residential facilities including sweeping and mopping.
• Cleaning of dormitory suites following spring move-out.
• Aid with facilities setup for events.
