Job summary

Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Building Services Technician to help maintain our community and ensure residents’ comfort and safety. You will perform routine maintenance, address repair requests, and assist with preventative maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment in good condition.

You will also support fire safety readiness, assist with evacuation procedures, and help with housekeeping tasks as needed. High school diploma and basic technical skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.

• Assists in the execution of preventative maintenance program.
• Advises Supervisor on the overall condition of equipment and furnishings.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment and possess a basic knowledge of construction principles.
