Qualifications
- High school diploma or trade school/technical certificate required.
- Minimum six years of related building services, carpentry, flooring, painting, or similar experience.
- Experience leading a team and coordinating daily operations preferred.
- Casino/hospitality facility experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical direction and guidance to Building Services staff.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily operations and projects.
- Oversee carpentry, flooring, painting, and wall-covering tasks to ensure quality and safety.
- Review work for quality, safety, and adherence to codes and policies.
- Coordinate with other trades to minimize guest impact and downtime.
- Maintain documentation of work plans, materials, and labor hours.
