Job Description

Automotive group in the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area is searching for a facility maintenance assistant to care for 6 buildings / properties.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in performing general commercial building maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks as required for up to 6 locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Working knowledge of electrical systems, wall repair, painting, carpentry, and plumbing
• Detail oriented and demonstrate willingness to learn and solve problems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors
• Ability to perform heavy and/or physical work — walking, moving objects with pallet jacks or dollies, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance, more than 50 pounds with assistance, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, or crawling
• Pass pre-employment screening, background check, and drug test
