Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $32.82 per hour
- Certification Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certification Obtained up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Ryder Pays up to $500 Every Quarter
- Sign On Bonus: $1750 at 30 days and $1750 at 90 days
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Second Shift 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or Technical Certification preferred
- Basic tools required
- Experience in mechanical repair of automotive engines, including preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- Minimum of 2 years experience with heavy and medium duty equipment repairs
- Knowledge of computer systems
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months, pass drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background check
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics and component replacements
- Interact with customers/drivers to identify issues
- Use maintenance documentation and systems
- Support safety and compliance guidelines
- Mentor junior technicians
- Complete OEM diagnostic courses as required
