Job summary

KS Services is seeking a dedicated porter to maintain cleanliness of building interiors and exteriors, manage trash removal, and operate the trash compactor. The role requires good communication, flexibility for holidays/weekends, and a professional appearance.

Prior maintenance/porter experience is preferred; the position reports to the Operations Manager and is full-time with 1st and 2nd shift options. Benefits include medical insurance, paid sick days, holidays, and a 401K/403b plan.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, bilingual (Spanish/English a plus).
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• General cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
• Interior/exterior cleaning of the building; trash removal and trash compactor operation.
• Care for property and maintenance equipment; keep common areas clean.
