Job summary

The role requires the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow safety and operational instructions. KBSPresence is used for attendance and shift management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Follow detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services in high-volume, high-traffic sites and interact with customers daily.
• Maintain excellent customer relations while fulfilling daily janitorial requests.
• Possess broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Lead and provide solutions to various problems.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
