Job summary

The City of Irving is seeking a staff member to issue building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits and review plans for various projects. You will collaborate with other departments regarding plan review, permits, and utilities, and you will perform research and maintain related databases and files.

A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service experience are required; blueprint reading experience is beneficial. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

PAY GRADE GG12 / FULL PAY RANGE $19.80 - $27.92 PER HOUR
