Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in general facilities maintenance or related field.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and site procedures.
• Basic familiarity with PPE, hazard communication, lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• General building and office maintenance, including doors, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Patch, paint, caulk, and perform minor repairs.
• Assemble, install, reconfigure, and relocate racks, shelving, and furniture.
• Support space setup, moves, and layout of non-process furniture.
• Maintain exterior perimeter, signage, and lighting.
• Complete inspections and respond to work orders; document completion.
• Identify issues early and escalate to owners or vendors when needed.
• Maintain tools and supplies; assist vendors as needed.
• Follow safety rules and site procedures; stop unsafe work immediately.
