Job summary

The role requires five years of project management experience in engineering or mechanical contracting, a compatible engineering degree (Bachelor's or higher)

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with installation or commissioning of building mechanical systems.
• Five years of project management experience with engineering firms or mechanical contractors, owner representatives or military.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to be a qualified driver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management from initiation through closeout.
• Develop scope of work and cost estimates; review change orders and manage payments.
• Coordinate between trades, contractors and end users for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with University standards and contract documents.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
