Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3-5 years in Lumber/Millwork or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Experience leading a team and handling purchasing, inventory, and logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lumber operations and direct reports, including purchasing and scheduling.
• Manage location receiving, merchandising, and retail floor operations.
• Oversee and manage purchasing with internal transfers and outside vendors.
• Oversee accounts payable functions and vendor relations.
• Lead sales counter staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide computer systems training and support for location staff.
