Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. - Harrisburg is seeking a Delivery Helper to load materials, locate job sites, back up, prepare and restore the job site, and ready the truck for the next day.

You will follow OSHA and DOT safety rules, perform pre-trip inspections, unload and deliver materials, and navigate routes to job sites while working independently or with a team.

This hands-on position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs and move materials safely.
• Ability to work independently and on a team; follow directions and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with OSHA and DOT guidelines; perform pre-trip inspections and ensure accuracy of orders. Safely unload products and deliver to the assigned area; secure cargo and navigate routes to job sites.
