Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Helper to load and unload materials, locate job sites and prepare and restore the job site.

You will also prepare the truck for the next day and maintain equipment, ensuring adherence to OSHA and DOT guidelines. The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, strong communication, and the stamina to work in an outdoor environment while meeting deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs to carry materials.
• Demonstrates trust, integrity and servant leadership in a non‑people management role.

Responsibilities

• Load, locate job sites, back, prepare and restore the job site; prepare truck for the following day and maintain truck and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product for order accuracy, unload product safely and deliver to assigned area as directed by the customer.
