Job summary

PARR is the total source for homebuilding supplies, solutions, and services. The Counter Salesperson assists walk-in and phone customers, processes quotes and orders, stocks inventories, and helps keep the store organized and safe.

You will interact daily with managers, delivery staff and other team members to ensure Legendary Service and timely product delivery. This role requires strong English communication, basic ERP and POS experience, and a customer‑minded attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must operate POS system and basic ERP order entry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to type 30+ WPM with attention to detail.
• Fluent English with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales assistance to walk-in and telephone customers.
• Load inventory for deliveries and stock the store.
• Process quotes, estimates and orders for customers.
• Greet customers, build relationships and maintain store cleanliness.
• Handle calls, emails and messages promptly with professional tone.
