Job Description

Office Building Management Company seeks maintenance workers, with or without trades experience, to start as soon as possible. Must have a good command of the English language. Skills may include hands-on trades work such as door hardware, steel studs, drywall, glass work, framing, electrical, labor, etc. Wages depend on experience and skills, ranging from $13 to $25 per hour. Location: Arapahoe & I-25. All workers must provide references and undergo background checks. Vehicles and drivers' licenses are preferred. Benefits will be discussed.
