Under direction of the Supervisor of Building Trades, the Building Maintenance Worker (BMW) performs semi-skilled tasks and assists a journeyman or skilled tradesman in alteration, maintenance and repair work. The BMW will also perform a wide variety of semi-skilled tasks and is expected to complete some work unassisted and independently.

The California School for the Deaf, Fremont CSDF) is one of 6 State Special Schools under the Department of Education. Located on a 96-acre campus shared with the California School for the Blind, and the Diagnostic Center, North, we are a short walk from BART and have free employee parking.
