Responsibilities

• Responsible for repair, service and operation of building equipment, building maintenance/repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair worn and defective parts on mechanical equipment and refer problems to supervisor for scheduled repair.
• Inform supervisor and appropriate personnel of problems.
• Complete other labors as assigned by the supervisor.
