Building Maintenance Technician / Inspector

Are you a service technician from an MEP background, looking to step into a management position, that offers you the chance to receive training from industry experts and the opportunity to progress into a Director level role?

This is an excellent opportunity to head up a field service department where you will work directly with one of the partners, with the chance to progress into a Director position.

This growing company specializes in MEP systems for commercial projects. Due to their long-term expansion plans, they are looking for Field Service Technician to be the technical expert within their diverse projects.

This position is a field based position, where you will be responsible for doing inspections, travelling between Houston and Dallas, writing inspection reports and being the main point of contact between client and engineers.

This great opportunity would best suit a field service technician from a Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical background, who wants to progress into management, and progress within a company that actively develops its employees, whilst working across technically challenging commercial projects.

The Role:

• Be the technical expert for MEP/HVAC systems within commercial projects
• Travel between Houston and Dallas
