Job summary

Qualifications

• FOUR (4) YEARS of work experience in building maintenance repair work.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States as required for state employment.
• May require possession of a valid driver's license at time of appointment.
• Conditional employment or movement into position may involve drug screening and intensive background checks.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair work as a regular and continuing assignment.
• May supervise one or more building maintenance helpers or other helpers assisting in the work.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
