Job summary

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on conveyors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment across facilities.

The technician will document work in logbooks, coordinate parts with vendors, and support safety programs while ensuring high-quality service. Minimum 1–3 years in building maintenance; OSHA ACM awareness training is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in general building maintenance.
• Experience with electrical and HVAC systems is a plus.
• OSHA ACM awareness training or equivalentCertification.
• Proficient computer skills to interact with building systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs buildings, utilities, grounds and equipment.
• Records data in building logbooks and daily entries.
• Performs utility and equipment tests.
• Coordinates parts, supplies, and equipment from local vendors.
• Performs routine maintenance tasks.
• Fosters energy conservation and continuous improvement of engineering functions.
