Goldman Properties Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. You will ensure the efficient operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other building systems, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs with the team.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and strong communication. Candidates should have proven maintenance experience and knowledge of building systems; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform emergency repairs and warranty services promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of equipment.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and identify risks or potential issues with equipment performance.
• Maintain chemical levels in mechanical systems and conduct routine system checks.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchens, guestrooms, event areas, offices, and public spaces.
• Provide technical direction and training to team members as needed.
• Assist in cross-training efforts and support other departments as required.
