Qualifications

• Required experience with building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day upkeep and operation of the building and campus.
• Perform minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Adjust and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems as needed.
• Clean and restore interiors affected by fire, smoke, or water.
• Monitor safety and security of the building after hours.
