Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community in Muskego, WI is seeking a dependable Building Maintenance Technician to help keep our campus operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and maintaining a welcoming environment for older adults, we'd like to meet you.

This full-time role offers a weekday schedule with rotating shifts and on-call coverage, as well as competitive pay with experience-based advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of facility, building, or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• HVAC maintenance or repair experience (preferred).
• Technical school coursework or Associate degree in a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing facility equipment and building systems.
• Completing preventative maintenance assignments to minimize downtime.
• Addressing maintenance requests in resident apartments and common areas.
• Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Identifying potential safety concerns and recommending solutions.
• Helping maintain an attractive, functional, and comfortable environment.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience) + shift differentials and on-call incentives

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the overall operation of our senior living campus by:
