Job summary

SBM Commercial Real Estate is seeking a dependable crafts person for full-time maintenance and buildouts at multiple Wisconsin locations, including Waukesha and Racine County. You will work with a robust work order system and handle routine tasks with enough variety to keep the work interesting.

This is a full-time, multi-site role with real opportunities for growth and a build-out bonus on top of base compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trade.
• Hands-on with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Able to handle a physically demanding workload daily.
