Job summary

SBM Commercial Real Estate in southeast Wisconsin seeks a self-starter craftsman for a full-time, multi-site role in the Waukesha and Racine County locations. You will perform general maintenance and buildouts, using a robust work order system to stay organized while enjoying both teamwork and independent work.

This position includes a build-out bonus on top of base pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package. A clean driving record and hands-on maintenance skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance or related trade field.
• Hands-on familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• The ability to handle a physical workload day in and day out.
