Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and maintain high-quality properties. The role requires a hands-on worker with carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding capabilities.

You must be able to handle scheduling, records, and supply orders in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have strong communication, endurance for long hours, and the flexibility to work overtime.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification may be preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues
• Administrative skills for ordering supplies, handling records and scheduling maintenance
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
• Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
• Organizational and time management skills

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 Certification preferred not required
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Be able to work over time if needed

Pay Range: $20.00/hr.- $30.00/hr.
