Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed
• Make records of when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure they’re operating efficiently and perform needed repairs

Qualifications:

• Understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
