Job summary

ARK in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to keep our facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine inspections, carry out repairs, and implement preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

We want a hardworking problem solver with 2+ years of maintenance experience and solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, plus the ability to respond to on-call requests during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of HVAC units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Availability to respond to on-call maintenance requests nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced.
• Ensure equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are in working order through routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep operations smooth and reduce safety risks.

• Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
