Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment running smoothly and reduce safety risks.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
