Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our dealership safe, organized, and operating at its best. The role covers building, property, and equipment upkeep, with no automotive repair experience required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or related field preferred
• Strong general handyman and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and perform physical duties of facility maintenance
• No automotive repair experience required

Responsabilités

• Perform light HVAC repairs and routine filter maintenance
• Maintain dealership buildings and grounds
• Perform parking lot maintenance, including pavement and parking-space marking
• Complete minor plumbing and drain repairs
• Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance
• Identify facility issues and assist with repairs before they become larger problems
• Maintain workshop, maintenance, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition
• Assist with snow removal, salting, and other winter weather responsibilities
• Perform other general facility maintenance duties as needed
