You will ensure safety, schedule preventive maintenance, manage repairs, and train staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Based in North Brunswick Township, NJ, the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for advancement within a growing facilities team.

Qualifications

• Oversee repair and maintenance work, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
