Join to apply for the Building Maintenance Supervisor role at OTO Development.

Compensation range: $23/hr - $30/hr.
Engineering certifications preferred (Pool/electric/boiler/etc.).
Nationally: $18.80 - $24.50/hour.
*Rate depends upon state/market.*

What will you be doing most days?

• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide excellent guest service.
• Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed.
• Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE).
• Perform various tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects.
• Oversee all third-party outside contractors.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What are the requirements for this position?

• Building Maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or multi-family properties.
• Currently managing at least one subordinate.
• Proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties.
• Time management skills to accomplish work within established parameters.
• Customer service focus with the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

Minimal to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.
