This role is based in Burbank, CA, and offers a salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year.

Position Overview

The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor oversees aircraft maintenance and repair operations, ensuring safety compliance and regulatory adherence. The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities on various aircraft types, including Challenger and Gulfstream.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify quality of work.
• Manage and train maintenance staff, providing guidance to improve skills and performance.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to reduce aircraft downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
• At least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Challenger and Gulfstream aircraft.
• Knowledge of 145 MRO regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
