Job Title: Regional People Services Manager – Eastern US

Pay Range: $101,272 – $151,907

Geographic & job eligibility rules may apply

What you’ll be working on:

Reporting to the Director of Field People Services US, the RPSM is a strategic partner responsible for strengthening the work environment, growing organizational capability, and building leadership within the region. Key focus areas include recruiting and selection, talent and performance management, training, and employee engagement.

Talent & Performance Management
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for bench building and achieving financial results
  • Build a pipeline of management candidates
  • Assess and develop leadership talent
  • Utilize performance management tools effectively
  • Report on talent and performance metrics
Training
  • Enhance organizational performance through training
  • Prepare field leaders to develop talent
  • Implement and monitor training programs
Team Member Engagement
  • Improve staffing stability and engagement
  • Partner with HR to address workplace behaviors and conditions
Recruiting and Selection
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring

FLSA: Exempt

Travel: 25%-50%, domestic and international; personal vehicle required
