Eversource Energy in Connecticut seeks a skilled maintenance technician responsible for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.
Candidates must have five years of related experience in commercial/industrial environments and hold CT licenses S-1 or S-2. The role is full-time, on-site with union progression; salary starts at Step 1 $53.52 and increases per contract.

Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on both the buildings and building equipment. Individuals must be able to perform skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings, building equipment and other related physical plant. Bargaining unit Teal Book employees with contractual rights to this position will be given first consideration.
The salary range for this position starts at Step 1 $53.52 and progresses in accordance with the union contract.
