Qualifications

• Completion of High School as required education.
• Two or more years of experience in building maintenance.
• Basic computer skills with Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all operating equipment
• Maintain and update information in equipment logs
• Respond to service calls and perform repairs
• Perform chemical tests of building water treatment systems
• Possess basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC equipment
• Multitask and lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Ensure records meet facility safety regulations and fire codes
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Negotiate contracts and supervise third-party vendors
• Order supplies for maintenance and building

Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on all operating equipment
• Maintain and update information in equipment logs
• Respond to service calls and make necessary repairs
• Perform chemical test of building water treatment systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC equipment
• Must be able to multitask and lift 50 or more pounds
• Ensure and maintain accurate records that meet all facility safety regulations and fire codes (DEQ)
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Negotiate contracts and supervise the work of third-party vendors and contractors
• Order supplies for maintenance and building

Requirements

• Completion of High School
• Two + years of experience in building maintenance
• Knowledgeable of basic computer skills with experience with word documents and excel
