Shell Bay in Hallandale, Florida, is seeking a seasonal, part-time Building Maintenance Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality-focused property team. This role offers hands-on work, learning opportunities, and a path to growth within a fast-paced environment.

You will perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems; conduct safety inspections; respond to requests and emergencies; and maintain maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Compensation

$18.50 BOE
